Need a second brain

I need help. A second pair of eyes of a brain. I have this simple database. But it isnt working. It put new records in as soon as th form is accessed, andI cant figure out where in the code it happens.

There are several things that I ned looked over and trouble shoot, and I dont have someone else to do it. I am still a pretty big novice at this.

FYI, no I am not getting paid for this. I thought it would be a good test of my skills, which I am finding quite lacking. I work part time for this company


I also need assistance with code to tell if a date is a specified day of the week, and to figure our what imes can be used to schedule a resevarion based on the day of the week.

It would help if you posted your code (in a zip file). Does the app use data controls or does it use ADO/DAO? If it's the latter, find any occurrence of .Update, put a breakpoint on that line(s) and then look at the Call Stack (Ctrl+L shortcut).

I did attach the Zip. I dont understand what happened to it. Let's try again. Well, my file size is under the limit but it is close and it wont let me attach it. it is 981Kb and last time I check that is less than 1000kb. Right?

If anyone would like to assist me, I would be more that happy to email the Accesse 2000 only database to you.

I am actually wishing this was made with ado or Dao. it is easier commecting to a SQL or Oracle table than keeping everything in Access.
