VB.NET .resx editor for Internationalization

Hi,

I'm looking for a utility that will display all the strings in my .resx file and allow a translator to enter translations. The utility would then save a copy of the original .resx (but with translations) as a new file.

Is anybody aware of anything good for doing this?

I know that there is a resource class in Visual Studio that you can use to create your own resource files but I have never used it.

Also, you can look at RESGEN.EXE but I don't know if that's what you want.
