can someone tell me wha the f***
this seems to be a problem so many people cant understand.
if you have the crystl32.ocx, crystl32.oca, crystl32.dep, ..... and paste them in your windows system folder....
then why do we still get an error even when you try to register the ocx???
just cant seem to understand.

for registering it i put the command line in the Run dailog box and then press OK.
regsvr32.exe "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\Crystl32.OCX"

Remove the .exe bit maybe?
And maybe its case sensitive?

So what error do you get?
An OCX (any COM component) usually requires additional dlls that must be registered before it can be registered. Check the crystl32.dep file and see what the dependancies are and then make sure you have the correct versions (registered not just existing in your system folder).
