    How can i detect when a file is opened by another prog, so i can then examine it before the prog opens it, i.e. like a virus checker

    Not Quite

    Not Quite what i was looking for, it list's links that are created to the recent documents folder and stuff like that but it doesn't show you exactly what file name and path has been opened.
