not to mention Pakistan is helping N Korea make nukes...

Bin laden is only a terrorsit because of the action that US took some years ago.
He did what he did to get the worlds attention, but it hasn't helped. People still feel sorry for USA(i do to!) but the real sinners are themselves !
They could have avoided that war by treating people right !

way i see it is someone has to be the leading nation in the world.. everyone hates the guy on top...

if america was not the leading nation... and it was someone else.. people would hate that country then... i am not saying that everything this government does is right... but we are not flying planes into buildings and killing tons of innocent people..

i mean if they wanted to fight.. they should have picked a fight with our military.. not our civilians..

the US ONLY showed up during ww2 cause their trade and facilities were threatened, they did NOTHING before that ! They just stood and did NOTHING !
And YES both france and England was to foolish to realize the brutality of the German forces at the time

That's not the point, yes the US had intrests and did not want the communists taking over Afghanastan. The Afghans didn't want the Soviets taking over Afghanastan either. We gave the Afghans guns, The Afghans kicked the crap out of the Soviets with those guns. Where is the problem?

we gave them guns, and empty promises to help them rebuild their country. except, we just gave them guns, and then left them to rebuild it somehow. the taliban (the people who we supplied weapons too), decided to take hold of the country and try to rebuild it themselves. thats why they're bitter towards us

Jesus, how many times has this debate come up? My point of view:

1) The US INADVERTANTLY brought 9/11 on itself.
2) They've done a decent job of clearing the mess up (and by that I mean both the site AND the Taliban).
3) Bin Laden shouldn't be alive if he is, because he's diabetic and hiding in caves for weeks doesn't tend to help that condition.

And if your going to start on the whole WWII thing, just don't. Had it not been for the incandescent stupidity of the Japanese head honcho's in attacking Pearl Harbour, the US wouldn't have ever joined in.

If you're gonna start another huge debate on who won which war, go somewhere else where everyone hasn't said what they wanted to say 67 times already.

Don't want to start of anything here, but Hiroshima killed a lot of civilians and US weapons have killed lots of Palestinians civilians(the cause of 9-11 (not the direct cause that's Ben Laden's crazyness))

I also agree with A$$Bandit this debate has been made over and over again, I think people should just agree to disagree

And I just want to state that I don't hate American people (in fact I like your culture alot). It's only some of the foreign policy of your governement that I don't like.

so what if there are some pictures that make him look bad.. if people were taking pictures of you as much as they are of him.. do you think a bad pic might surface?? I would put money on it..

so before you go bashing our country and culture... think about it a little... no one likes the guys on top.. they always try to knock them down...

I NEVER said i hated the US, they just have made big mistakes some times, and very few americans are ready to admit that.
Denmark has made a lot of mistakes, and i admit it ! But there's nothing to do about it now !
The only thing i want is for a few american people to agree with me that "Americans CAN make mistakes to, they are not always perfect"
