Create/access sub directories

Whenever I use either WebMatrix or VisualStudio .net I can never create or view subdirectories.

I want to be able to create a subdirectory called "admin" to place all of my administration pages.

What am I doing wrong?

Well with vs.net you just right-click on the project name and select add=>new folder, or on the folder you wish to create a sub-folder off.
