    Converting from VB6 to .NET

    Hi, does anyone know how I can convert our existing VB6 code over to VB.NET code?

    Learn .NET and re-write it.
    or
    Use the Upgrade Wizard that comes with VB.NET and end up mostly re-writting anyway becuase the Upgrade Wizard doesnt work all that well for big projects.
    or
    Leave it as VB6. If it works in VB6, there is no reason to upgrade it to .NET.
