Temporary Redirect when trying to reach this site?

Hi,
I tried to reach this site using the Bookmark in Netscape as I have always done and got the message "Temporary Redirect ... The document has moved here.
Clicking "here" gave me the message "Requested URL not found.
My Bookmark pointed to:
http://www.vb-world.net/forums/index.php
I finally found vb-world by editing the location box until I got to IP address 209.207.250.129 Then the forums at 209.207.250.147
I wasn't recognized and had to login and all the folders in all the forums show as New Posts.

Question:
Is this really a "Temporary Redirect" as Netscape says or should I re-Bookmark this site?

We are currently in the process of moving servers - hence the broken link

I've now uploaded a redirect page that will transfer visitors to http://www.vb-world.net/forums/ to the new location of the forums at http://forums.vb-world.net.
