    Installing .NET on P-III

Are there any specific issues when installing .NET on a P-III machine with Win XP Pro? I keep getting an Internal Error 25003 thrown twice in the stage "Generating Setup Script".

Your setup disk is corrupted, if you got the image from the MSDN site try redownloading it. If you got it from a file sharing network check to see if it's 652,014 KB. The 652,014 KB file is the only one that isn't corrupted. If you didn't download it then try putting it in a non-DVD cd drive, or copying all the files to your harddrive and running setup from there.

Good luck with setup, it's a pain to install and get working
