    Technical Roadmap

    hi guys,

    I am to submit a technical roadmap about a project.

    Have never made an official kind, any pointers, advice would be great.

    Do you mean algorhytm? Just scetch down in English, not vb language, things your project does. Actually, to tell you the truth, you should create algorhytm before creating projects.

    I thought james, you would reply

    Anyways, I am not talking of flowcharts or alogs.

    What I want is to present technical explanantion to non-technical explanation, also including the man-power required for the project to be developed, softwares required, investments required, the process of data flow (graphically NOT flowchart...this may sound contradicting...but I have no other words to put it), security issues, encryption and databases...and so on.

    I know the ans. of the above well for my project but the thing is how to present it???

    I mean...err....professionally.

    Cant just dump text on a piece of paper and forward it to the director.

    Would be able to provide links and/or a sample report of this kind.

    That's what I did. Created a powerpoint presentation showing the main flow of design (with screensshots). One step to the next...
