(IE 5.5) Window size on open. **Resolved**

I'm sure this has been asked before but I need to know and can't be bothered to search for it
Since I had all of my IE problems lately I figured I would have one last one....
whenever I open IE or click a link that causes a new window it is a certain size... its not the size I want. I forget the trick to get it back to haow I had it... I think I have to size a window, close the browser, and reboot the comp... any ideas?
    Thanks
    Michael

all i do is resize to the right size, close every instance of ie that is open besides the one with the right size, then close that one.

Erm, I think I did it by resizing the window, and close it by file --> close rather than clicking X. Don't know if it'll work, hope it does

I'll try to remember to try it when I leave in 30 mins. I can't do it now because I am wierd about the order my stuff is open in and the 4th item on my taskbar is an IE window so I would have to close & repoen alot of other programs.

    Thanks

    lol!

I'm the same way, dude. I have to have my text editor, then ftp program, then IE windows.

Even the icons in the system tray. I use dialup, so it has to be the dialup icon, then Stay Alive, then Outlook (sent to the tray using TrayIt!), then AIM.

My girlfriend hates it, but I NEED it that way.

I forgot to try it again ... (i'm like the absent minded professor... being the whole IT dept and having too many projects at one time has done bad things to my short term memory). And since my programs are already open I'll have to remember to do later.
