Infragstics Net Suite - cant find online help
I have installed the trial version of Infragistics Net Advantage Suite 2.0.
I s anyone using it ???

No matter what I try I can't get any online Help to display. I have emailed Infragistics but no reply as yet.
If anyone can tell me what I have done wrong - it would be greatly appreciated

What if you follow the Support --> Knowledge base link on their site? I use the Infragistics Net Advantage Suite, and I have found help on their site before. The installation should also have installed help files.

thanks for the reply. I was mainly trying to use Infragistics for the Outlook Style Menu and other Menus. I just couldn't get it to work and I found the Help was very basic. I have used Protoview in the past, now owned by Infragistics and had a lot of problems also.

I have since come across a small company called devcomponents (www.devcomponents.com) and a product they sell for $US169 called DotNetBar. It is absolutely tremendous - no bugs - heaps of help, email support within 12 hours - I cant sing their praises enough and it works

I have grappled with Infragistics for almost 2 weeks and had all my new Menu structures up and running with DotNetBar in a few hours. I have been programming in VB since 1992 so I knew what I wanted - I just couldn't find one that worked

Hi Brian,

I am glad that you found something that will work for you, especially with the good service. I will have a look at their product, you never know! We have already bought the Infragistics control, but thusfar have not have any issues that required support more than the help files and the online knowledge base could offer. Lets hope it stays like that!
