UPDATE

I just checked the site out and there is a
9MB help file which unzips into an 11MB elp file. There is also the tutorials on the web site itself

I am downloading that file now. But it is showing to be only 7.7Meg. Even though the site says it's 9 Meg. Not sure what the deal is...
