Fishhead Softwares fsscroll ocx

I have inherited an application that incorporated this ocx and I do not have a design license. The problem is that Fishhead appears to be out of business. Does anyone have a copy of the design license laying around that I could beg/borrow/steal/buy? or know where I could get a copy? The version that was used is 2.0.0.0

I am seeing the error below due to my missing license .... Anyone can tell me where I could get the fsScroll license? Searched through various site, but still not able to find and installing the update from microsoft doesn't help either.... really appreciate someone's help in this...

"License information for this component not found. You do not have an appropriate license to use this functionality in the design environment (Error 429)"
