    You can download it from Microsoft's site, or it's on your Windows 98 CD (if you have 95 gold you won't have one at all. 95 OSR2 and above have a non-gui version).

    This version is for Windows 95. It should run on 98 right?

    Never mind, I found it on the Windows 98 CD.

    It's also on the VB 6 cd. In the install it will prompt to you to install the NT Option Pack. PWS is part of that install as well as MTS.
