Which one?
What books should I purchase? (Im a newbie to vb.net)
- Beginning VB.net (wrox)
- Professional VB.net (wrox)
I guess you don't go from beginner to professional - are there any books for intermediate programmers or is it in the two books combined?
I also heard about: 'Programming Microsoft Visual Basic .NET'
Is it good - and if I purchased that - is there any of the Wrox books that I could do without?
Thanks guys!

Start out with the begginers book. I dont have too many VB.NET books, so I cant really recommend any. I only have two and I did'nt finish then, I moved on to C# . VB.NET Language in a Nutshell from Oreilly and Begining VB.NET from wrox. Most books from Wrox are usually good though.

If you are new to VB.NET , then you have to know more .NET Framwork . This Book will be your guide.

I have noticed in the past that the Professionla Wrox books cover the same material as the beginner book and then some. Id go with the professional. But i dont know if that is the case with the newer books, just a couple instances in the past with getting the beginner and pro books.
