Disk Error
What would cause a "Disk or network error."?

A Disk or a Network Error would cause that.
Sorry, couldn't resist. When are you getting that error?

I sent a disk to someone with a programme i wrote with a database. That was the error when he tried to run it.

It's OK, I got it. I had to change the connection string.
