    Question

    I am currently using the following to append to a file locally:

    Open "reglog.csv" For Append As #1
    Print #1, txtName & ", " & varKeycode & ", " & Now() & ", <"
    Close #1

    How could use something similar in my activeX project, to append the data to a file on my web page? especially if the page requires a username and password to upload to it?
    I would also need it to produce an error message if it couldn't write it (if the user is offline etc).

    any help would be appreciated!

    What you could do is download the file, edit it (append) and then upload it again. If you require syntax for those actions please don't hesatate to ask.
