    comdllg32.ocx problem

    I made a program using the common dialog component and alot of the people I sent my program to don't have this file in their system

    So is there an alternative I could do? Or am I forced to make another form that looks like a save/open dialog?

    First question that comes to mind is "How did you distribute your program?". Just sending executable file wouldn't do anything - you have to build a distribution package using, perhaps, Package and Deployment Wizard (PDW) wich is shipped with your copy of VB.
