Need help to down load txt files from VMS (Alpha Server) using VB 6

Hi Experts,

I am new to VB, need VB codes (interactive session) to down load a txt file which resides on a Alpha server (running VMS operating system)

My environment is as follows:

Client:
VB 6 running on a PC with Win 9x/NT

Network:
TCP/IP

Server:
Alpha server on which text file resides.

I would be grateful for your help.
