    Yes, the face, but to be further accurate, the trigeminal nerves which provide sensory and motor skills for primarily the face. Furthermore you could call the 'twitch' paroxysmal neuralgia.

    actually, my first language is french and douleureux just means somthing painful.... yes, it might mean in the face... but when I say "OOOH, ca c douloureux conard.." that just means my friend hurt me
