programming MS Exchange 2000

Hi all,

I have to program functionality to an existing windows App which can create mailbox, e-mail adrressess, upload documents to public folder and other to a MSExchange2000....
This program does not exist on de exchange server, so i have to make a connection to the exchange server and be able todo the things nessesary.

i don't need a serverside management tool!

So my first question is : is this possible?

I know i have to use the CDO object in my VB development environment.
When i read documentation about CDO, i read this is included in the SDK for MSExchange!!!!
But i can only install this on the MSExchange Server which means that i have to program directly on the server.
This means that my development environment must also be installed on the server!!!!

Questions:
1. Can i develop and use this functionality from my PC?if yes how!
2.What objects do i have to reference in VB?
