How can I get the URL of an OLE-Object (for example MS Word), which is shown in a frame of an window of the Internet Explorer?

To get the URL of an HTML-Dokument is easy (with JavaScript).

I think I should be possible with an API-call, because if an Word-Document is shown in the Internet Explorer there must be an instance of MS Word (it is shown by the Task Manager).
