Question CSS to Modify I.E. Page Setup... Header/Footer

I'm using RoboHelp HTML and want to reasonably guarantee the look of a printed page. I believe that when a user prints from within my RoboHelp document (a *.chm file), the settings in I.E. add (or override) any existing Header and/or Footer settings. I would like to suppress these I.E. Header/Footer settings.

    Code:
    &w&bPage &p of &P
    &u&b&d
and possibly even modify margins or the entire "Page Setup..." gamut.

Is this possible with applying a style sheet to my RoboHelp HTML file? How so?

Any other ideas other than by using CSS?

I'm not sure if you can modify that sort of thing, the best I can do is point you to http://www.w3.org/TR/REC-CSS2/page.html - the W3C's guide to paged media. I'm not sure if it will help though, but it's long
