Word 2000
Hi all,
After installing Windows 2000 service Pack 3 we run Word and open a teplate file .dot!
After that we scroll down a bit after that Windows crashes to a Blue Screen saying "Beginning Physical dump blah blah" and reboots!
Any ideas
cheers

Kick it 17 times, then punch it once. After that, poor beer in the floppy drive and make sure it sparks. It should work after that.
Try reinstalling Office again. SP3 ****ed my office installation as well, I just reinstalled from the CD and it works fine now.

What?! That's not good. Did you save your previous configuration to uninstall SP3? If not, you might be SOL. You tried the beer idea?

People should not be able to use computers without formal training or expect punches to the head!
