Put a Shortcut to it in the Windows Startup Folder

Put the program in your StartUp folder on the Start Menu, so it is run when you start Windows.

Yes it will... the start up folder is an actual physical directory on your hard drive under your windows directory.
Example:
C:\WINDOWS\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp
