Not NoteMe
Make sure it's a GeForce4Ti because the Geforce4 MX's are MUCH worse, they are roughly the same speed as a GeForce2

I think you should build your own, I do not like Dell machines.

Check that place out. Service is top-notch, and they will build, test, and warranty you a nice system at a far lower price. If you need help choosing parts feel free to ask

The GeForce4Ti is excellent. No doubt about it.

Aye the Geforce4 MX is roughly the same as a Geforce2 GTS. I would suggest waiting another couple of months for NV30 (first tape was in august so it should be retail in december).

Or you can always spring for a Radeon 9700 Pro now, that is a sweet piece of hardware.

Yeah like he said up there, build it yourself. It's just about the same price, pretty easy, and you learn alot when you do it. I've built several computers for myself and others. If you do buy it I would reccomend against HP, they kinda screwed my on my laptop.

Don't Radeons have problems with some games like Quake III - you get a vertical line at the edges of maps.

I have actually had hands-on experience with this fine piece of hardware. It rocks the Ti4600 in every category.

Even if you do not build it yourself, there are many reasons to go to a clone maker instead of buying a name brand like Dell, Gateway, Compaq, IBM, et cetera.

Guv's right as usual if you can't build yourself, go to the local shop...lower prices, more standard stuff, better quality (most of the time)
