    ok!
    i've got a little problem for you to solve!

    look at the attached pic.

    draw lines like the ones drawn but they can not cross each other!

    you can curve them how ever you want!

    This is of course, impossible in a plane.

    But once 3D, it becomes rather easy.

    Using Euler's method, you can find, mathematically, that it's impossible.
