hmm... well I've partialy solved this problem....
1) Dont Use MSN... AIM is better...
2) when I open Outlook, MSN does start but keeps it offline... so...
I guess I can't help you much there...

i think there is an option in the tools > options to turn it off. I know in Outlook it is there, i remember seeing it in outlook express. it might of been an older version though.

I cant find anything, and I dont want to use AIM since all my freinds are on MSN

Its not there, I guess we must have different versions of outlook express. (mine has like 12 different tabs ) But I spend about 15 minuites reading every little bit on the options and I adventualy found it.
