Does anyone know how to implement a DirectShow Filter to play back a movie file in VB ?

I have a DirectShow Filter that has been Registered with the System, but what now ?

Also, the info on MSDN concerning DirectShow says for use with Visual Basic, C++ e.t.c., But why is it everytime I look for something in the MSDN online the examples are always in C, it drives me mad.

Please, please can someone stop me from going insane.
