Help with using code for Word 97

What is the code to:
1) return to a new line
2) setting tabs and activating the proper tab spacing

Can anybody shed any light on this?

if you record a macro in word you should be able to see how to do just about anything in Word. The code isnt always effecient , but it should give you a start
