How about a calendar/organiser program that is email/web enabled (like Apple's iCal on the Mac platform) or a shell replacement with the llok of a another OS?

Come on!! That's called "Microsoft Outlook" already. How about a freeware that all webmaster could use:

I need an APP for Newsletters. I wish I could have several Groups. So, I can select the group which I want to sent a newsletter to, write one single email (in HTML format) and being sent to all of them. Obviously, it would be a great idea to have an easy interface to administer the user of each group. It's not that difficult.... but I have too many things to do.

Not exactly, McBrain-what I meant was a simple calendar/organiser oprogram-maybe with a interface created with Aqua controls http://www.aqua-soft.org and utilise a database, if its needed. It would also have a inbuilt email client, a way to set reminders. Skinnable maybe a option too.
