    .NET Newbies?

I've only just gotten around to learning VS.NET (I've spent far too much time pottering about with ASP and PHP )

Anyway, I've been watching some tutorial videos that I'm finding really useful. They are pretty easy to understand and assume only a modest programming knowlege.

Did you really find this necessary to post in every .Net forum? Could you have not just put it in your sig?
My evil laugh has a squeak in it.

    cough cough

Oh yeah, great site, except for the fact that I can't see any video in their files. Maybe I should d/l the newest Windows Media Player and the codec, oh yeah I already have Windows Media Player 9, and the codec installed, I even lowered my screen resolution like they said, still didn't work. Oh well, looks good, sounds smart, but I can't use it.

    I find this hilarious:

"You can download several each week for FREE, or you can donate $15 (or more) to watch ALL the videos"

Nice wording (donate) to keep from having to pay taxes on it.

I think they chose their wording very carefully!!

I posted it in each of the .NET forums because I figured it covers them all, but I for one would not visit them all regularly...I'd specialise in one area. It's not like the .NET forums, the C# one in particular are overflowing with posts, and I figured what's a couple of MySQL bytes between forum members?
