Question about dtd and xsl

Dtd is used to declare attributes and elements.

XSL is more like a template.


If I use xsl, do I have to use dtd with it? What other information would be neccessary to know about these two.

Also, does anyone have the help file to the MSDN for msxml.dll? Sometime, I need to hit F1 for help on a particular function.
