Those are only temporary. All the user would have to do it upgrade their cpu, get a new HD, upgrade MB, etc.
There's no sure way.

There is no permanent way to ID a user.
The best way would be to use a registration process.

i was thinking in hardisk serial number (not volume), and when he entered a the correct code it will save some thinks to the registry, so if he changes the hdd the program will not run.

All protection can be bypassed.
That's the simple fact. The more elaborate you try to make something the more you will just kill functionality for your less than average literate computer user which makes up the large percentage.
The people who can bypass it will, those who can't will suffer, part of those being legitimate users.
