make something where it doesn't kow how to walk, and you randomly send it instructions until it is possible to walk. try that

actually i read something about scientists who built this robot that did what nature have done in a long space, millions of years, in only 3 hours. they have this robot with wings, and it kept giving it instructions on how it could fly(flapping wings). it in 3 hours it managed to do that (flap wings), from being to do nothing except learn the few movements instructions(RANDOM instructions) and piece working ones together.

Where will AI be in 20 years time? Some of the responses to questions about the future of AI make me laugh, here is one that comes from the "Godfather of AI" himself..
Quotation from Marvin Minsky in LIFE Magazine of
November 20, 1970:
... in three to eight years we will have a machine
with the general intelligence of an average human
being ... The machine will begin to educate itself
with fantastic speed. In a few months it will be
at genius level and a few months after that its
powers will be incalculable ...

The army is already developing a test version of a hydrolic exoskeleton suit. It's pretty cool, apparently a 125 pound woman can kick over a cinderblock wall wearing one. Unfortunatly no rocket launchers. Robocop is a killer movie.
