Good Ol' Platypus
It certainly has. If you'd like to know what has and hasn't worked for us, just ask. We're all available for help, I think
All contents of the above post that aren't somebody elses are mine, not the property of some media corporation.

I had to laugh when I got the notify that someone posted here.
Flame was one of the guys who were supposed to program, he said he does something else, and most of the others just didn't show up here anymore. I guess no one really want this project to live on or better no one wants to do something himself to let this project live on.
Well would be fun to see some guys here telling me I am wrong!

lol, Collectively (in collectively, I mean the programmers, and the people making tow) we did have the knowledge to make the game we were after. I'd really like to start on it again. I just need other people to help out too, cause I know there is no way in hell that one person could program something this size by them self.

It was nice reading every single post from the beginning of the project and I'm kinda sad that no one is working on it anymore
I hope that it will be completed someday.

I just started reading these posts like 10 minutes ago and they started to interest me.....
Many people think that the best RPGs are made in C++. I've played 3 RPGs made in VB and they were the best!
I'm so sad to see this project dissolve to dust. I you ever start it up again talk to me...
I wanna help....
First person to be able to get what song is currently playing in Winamp 3.

Database Design
Well if you guys restart and are interested in a database being developed in MS Access or SQL Server(I would just write the script) and then either a DLL or ActiveX Server being developed to access the db and provide input/output, let me know.

Yes they are, but even better ones can be made in Visual Basic.

Well, recently, ive been browsing the internet, and found this forum on Zelda 3 MMORPG.
I also noticed that it died, without ever really starting, i didn't read all the posts.
Well, the reason im posting here is because I have created a Zelda MMORPG.
You can find it at Links of the Realm, it is growing rapidly. at least 10 new accounts each day. Also i used the playerworlds MMORPG engine, its not a great engine, but it'll work til i complete mine, which will do what yours never did. If any of the original posters are still alive and wanna check it out, visit the site. The site is crappy, but its a temp til i have some time to create a better one. Also, if you do come on look for me Admin, Link or ChrisR872. If im not logged on look for one of the devs, just ask and someone will show you. It gets really busy around noon Eastern USA Times. Hope to see some of you on my game.
Cheers
Chris
PS: The engine was made using Visual Basic
