Windows 3D Flying Object
You all know the flying, rippling flag screen saver. I would like to transfer that rippling effect to a stationary form. Any Ideas how I would make an animated form that will ripple like that? Including all the controls on the form? And still have the form usable?

Doubt it. That screen saver was done in OpenGL, in 3D.

what about taking a picture of the form and rippling it on a form with frames over the rippling image representing the button locations?

You could do it, but you wouldnt have transparency on the form where it rippled.
