mshflexgrid and sorting.... = ???

i have a mshflexgrid with 4 cols, multible rows with a columsheader.

i want the cols to resort if i click on the title (=header,isn't it?)

but how to do this??? i don't have any idea

normal sorting ( with mshflexgrid1.sort = 1 ) works.


AND

if you doubleklick to the resizingarea between the cols in excel (or other programmz), the col gets the width of the largest item in the col.
HOW TO DO THAT????
