I have been trying to teach myself vb.net for a couple of weeeks now and have come to the conclusion that all this drag and drop is a waste of time.

If I am really going to understand how all this works then I am going to have to figure out how to bind in code and set connections at run time.

I have a number of books on the subject and I have to say it amazes me how nearly all of them gloss over the subject.

Can anyone recoomend any sites out there with idiot proof examples or run throughs of how to do this.
