dll connection to SQL server

I have a dll, but not the code, if I open it in the object browser I can see the following:

function fsAdminConnectionString(sServer as String, sDatabase as string, sUID as string, sPWD as string)as string

and

function fsConnectionstring(sUID as string, sPWD as string) as string

I really to make changes to it but, as I said I don't have the code. Please help
