    mesa don't think so...you have to have that...go for some lower level languages if you don't need any dependencies (I mean runtime here)...

    Mc Brain - your users still need to download the framework for that though.

    There are some third party bits of software like this one... out there which achieve this. I've got a couple, but have never needed to use it so I can't tell you how good they are. If you want to know how they do it, check this site.
