Help for simple web site

Hi all,
I’m building a web site with FrontPage. I have tried different layouts using tables, frames and shared borders. From what I have read, frames seem to be the way to go. Anyway, then I want to use ASP.NET for more flexibility.

Which technique is best suited to copy the HTML script from FrontPage for use in ASP.NET web forms?
Shared Borders
Tables
Frames

they all have advantages and disadvantages. It depends on preferance what you use and requirements of the web site ie if it has to be handicapped accessible. If your using vs.net your going to want to make sure to use flow layout
