    Personally, i would rather use notepad then Dreamweaver MX, my company bought it and it wasnt worth the price. Dont get me wrong, its nice for web editing and such, and has the basic .NET syntax for asp.net but it isnt a final editing solution for real .NET applications. Just my 2 cents..
