Error message ?? What does it do ?? What doesn't it do ?? What OS are you using ?? What version of IIS are you using ?? What did you install ?? What order did you install them ??
Need more information then "it doesn't work".

it tells me I can't connect.I'm using WinXP. I don't have IIS/A Server! I need a server. I need a download link for a good server to do this with! --Thanx in advance

WinXP Home or Professional? You may want to look at Microsoft Web Matrix Project over at asp.net it is a nice asp.net editor and has a built in web server for testing.

WinXP Home can't use IIS (or PWS). So the Web Matrix built in web server is your only real option..
