Not really related, but while Albert Einstein was alive another famous scientist made this statement. "There are only two people in the world who understand Relativity and one of them is me."

and then albert einstien said something along the lines of "If you aren't confused by relativity you don't understand it" (thats the gist of it)

Einstein was at a party or something, talking to another guy. In mid-sentence, the other guy pulled out a notepad, scribbled for a moment, and returned to the conversation.
Einstein goes "***'s the story with the notepad?" *
Guy says "Well every now and then an idea strikes me so I scribble it down so I don't forget it and can pick up the thread later."
To which Einstein says "Oh. That wouldn't help me at all... I've only ever had 1 or 2 good ideas in my whole life!"
