Writing to a file

Hi,

I used to have some module code for reading and writing to a text file. It enabled you to specify the header, i.e. [info] or [data] etc and then the name= or date= item as well, but I have managed to lose it.

I dont suppose anyone has this information to hand, or know where I can find it do they?
