Worth changing from ASP to PHP

Hi,
wannted to know if its worth changing from ASP to PHP, i'm not a newbie anymore but still not an expert in ASP, so what r the advantages of PHP to ASP except that its no from M$
since now ASP can also run on Apache (plugin or something) i'm asking myself if i realy wanna change to PHP

ASP on Apache sucks. but it isn't apache that runs it, it is the OS. in which case you have to use chilliSoft and it sucks. if you goto a *nix server run php, you will not go back.
