What exactly are you trying to do? If your trying to start another app, try this:

sFile = @"C:\theappyouwant.exe";
System.Diagnostics.Process proc = new System.Diagnostics.Process();
proc.EnableRaisingEvents=false;
proc.StartInfo.FileName = sFile;
proc.Start();
