    File Upload Progress Bar??

    Hi,
    I was just wondering when you're uploading to a web service if there is a way you can tell how much information has been sent to the server, simply so that you can have a progress bar saying how long until the upload has been completed.

    Can someone please post a page with an example or a snippet of code that would show me how to do this.
